    Introduction

Soft Drinks effects on Pregnancy are really bad they should avoid all forms of soda, cold drinks, caffeinated drinks, and energy drinks during this phase. Pregnant women should consume milk, juices, milkshakes, etc.

    Side Effects of Caffeine

Most soft drinks contain addictive caffeine and have multiple harmful side effects. The absorption of caffeine in the blood is rapid and reaches the baby quickly through the placenta.

Where caffeine affects the central nervous system and adrenal gland.

At the same time, it stays in circulation for 11 hours, and the unborn child struggles to break down this toxic substance, caffeine diuretic and causes dehydration as well.

The recommended maximum for pregnant women should not exceed 200 mg of caffeine per day. In addition to affecting your comfort and sleep, eating more than 300 mg of caffeine can lead to miscarriage, more than 500 mg of caffeine per day, leading to chronic high heart rate, breathing levels, and heartburn in the child.

Side Effects of Industrial Sweeteners and Preservatives

Soft Drinks effects on Pregnancy are bad especially due to Coloring agents, preservatives, sweeteners, unhealthy flavors.

More during pregnancy, sugar intake can increase your weight, and complications may occur during pregnancy and also affect your child’s development.

Coloring agents contain a dye that may cause allergies in the child, and the presence of banned sugar in soft drinks can be passed on to the child and accumulate in the bladder.

    Side Effects of Iced Drinks

A pregnant woman’s stomach is temperature-sensitive. Eating iced drinks can suddenly shrink the belly and blood vessels, which cannot benefit the child, as the side effects can be low appetite, indigestion, stomach cramps.

Side Effects of Sweeteners and Added Calories

When you’re pregnant, you eat for two, so you should take more food, nutrition, and care, reduce soft drinks that add calories and no nutritional value to your baby’s development, and added calories can lead to weight gain in children.

    Side Effects of Carbonated Water

Cola and soft drinks contain co2 bubbles. As the end of pregnancy approaches, they are compassionate. Carbonic acid can cause severe heartburn and indigestion, increasing acid levels for nearly an hour, added to caffeine, making heartburn worse for you and your fetus.

    Side Effects of Flavor

Flavors contain phosphoric acid, leading to calcium leakage from the bones. Calcium deficiency makes bones fragile, which is especially undesirable during pregnancy.

Side Effects on the Child’s Brain

The study shows that when a mother has more sugar, especially from sugar-sweetened beverages.

Her children tend to have less ability to solve problems and verbal memory.

Damage to Soft Drinks on Bones

Eating a cup of soda affects bone health unimaginably, causing pain and pain in the bones.

Studies published in the USA Journal of nutrition suggest that women who regularly consume sugar-sweetened soda are at increased risk of rheumatoid arthritis, gout risk when high levels of polycarbonate acid crystallize in the blood.

Long-term studies link sugary soda to a 75% increased risk of gout in women and almost 50% in men.

So there’s no time like today to cut soda out of your diet.

Soft drinks also increase bone density. The body loses the ability to absorb calcium, so balancing the intake of soft drinks with other foods to supply the body with calcium does not mean that the equation is correct. These drinks lose the body’s ability to benefit from the calcium in other food ingredients.

These drinks also reduce the size of muscle mass in the body throughout long-term intake. And on the other hand, increase the proportion of phosphorus harmful to the body.

It is considered a cause of arthritis and pain.

The specialist doctors explained that phosphoric acid, found in soft drinks, combines with calcium, zinc, and magnesium in the intestines, about 60 minutes after the gaseous drink.

Resulting in the loss of those mineral elements that were scheduled to go to the bones, which leads over time and frequent use to osteoporosis.

After 65 minutes, the feeling of happiness disappears and changes with lethargy, laziness, and low blood sugar.
